So far this has been the easiest part of drying apples. Once they are peeled and sliced and on the trays of the dehydrator, you just turn that puppy on and relax. Soon the slight aroma of apples fills the kitchen, and Maynard and Andy come sniffing around to see if I have baked a pie. Maybe tomorrow....
